Ingredients
2 cups complete buttermilk pancake & waffle mix
1 cup berry oat crunch cereal, coarsely crushed plus additional for garnish (optional)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries plus additional for garnish (optional)
1/2 cup fresh raspberries plus additional for garnish (optional)
1/2 cup maple syrup, warmed
Directions

1. Prepare pancake mix as label directs; stir in cereal, blueberries and raspberries. Makes about 3 cups

 

2. Preheat griddle or large nonstick skillet over medium heat; spray with cooking spray. In batches, with 1/4-cup measuring cup, pour batter onto griddle; cook 5 minutes or until golden brown and set, turning once and spraying griddle with cooking spray as needed between batches. Makes 12 pancakes.

 

3. Serve pancakes topped with syrup garnished with cereal and berries, if desired
